SHIPPING

FREE 3 DAY SHIPPING WITHIN IN THE U.S. WITH A PURCHASE OF $50 OR MORE

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of your purchase date. If an order is placed on Friday after 3:00 PM PST; it will be processed the following Monday. please note shipping time frames are based on product availability. All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Priority shipping orders within the U.S. must be received by 3:00 PM PST; other carries can be used if you prefer at your cost.

LA LOCALS ONLY: 

Online orders can be arranged for pick up the following business day if your order is placed before 5:00 PM PST. You can pick up your order at our studio located at 11650 Riverside Dr., Suite 9, Studio City, CA 91602; please pick up your order before 5:00 PM PST. Once your order is submitted please contact us to make the proper pick-up arrangements.

Please note that due to health and sanitary issues, we cannot accept any returns. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase. If your package is received damaged, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your shipment, and kindly fill out the form on the contact page and we will try our best to resolve your issue(s).
