We offer complimentary fixing only within 4 days from your last visit for any dissatisfied reasons.
Our refill rate is calculated based on when your last visit was. However, if your lash retention is poor and have less than 20% or no lashes at all by the time you come back for your refill regardless even it is 4 weeks or less, you will be charge for a new set instead. If you choose to do a less-full fill instead of a new set, you agree not to request a complimentary fixing for this situation.
Any refills after 4 weeks will be considered a new set.
We understand last-minute emergencies occur. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please text or call us (818)-738-9992 immediately. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Please note cancellations and/or rescheduling less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time or no-shows and/or we are not able to fill in your cancelled appointment, your credit card will be charged $40 for cancellation.
If you arrive late more than 15 minutes, your appointment will not be extended and we may need to reschedule you. By rescheduling late arrival appointment, you are agreed to our 12 hours cancellation fees policy. Please do your best to show up on time, out of respect for your eyelash stylists and our other clients.
