CANCELLATIONS /RESCHEDULING

We understand last-minute emergencies occur. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please text or call us (818)-738-9992 immediately. We require a 12 hour cancellation. Please note cancellations and/or rescheduling less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time or no-shows and/or we are not able to fill in your cancelled appointment,  your credit card will be charged $40 for cancellation.

If you arrive late more than 15 minutes, your appointment will not be extended and we may need to reschedule you. By rescheduling late arrival appointment, you are agreed to our 12 hours cancellation fees policy. Please do your best to show up on time, out of respect for your eyelash stylists and our other clients.
